Go to Inventory Management (https://trac-inventorymanagement.azurewebsites.net/) 2. Type in your email address and password you set up from the welcome email 3. Click on Login 4. Click on ... Site Inventory 5. Click on + Add Equipment 6. Here there are two options Click on Enter Equipment Manually to manually enter equipment 7. Type the Equipment Title 8. Type the Equipment Year 9. Type Equipment Make 10. Type Equipment Model 11. Type the Equipment Stock Number 12. Type the Equipment Serial Number 13. Type the Equipment Hours 14. Select Equipment Condition Used or New 15. Type the Equipment Price 16. Select the Availability 17. Specs 18. Click on Add Spec (Optional) 19. Type in the Family 20. Type in the Name 21. Type in the Value 22. Type in the Unit of Measurement 23. Click on Add Another Spec (optional) Repeat process for adding Spec 24. When finished with Specs, Click on Update 25. Type in Description 26. Type in any Private Notes you may have 27. Select "Upload Images" and select the images from file upload menu that you wish to add 28. Click on Save (could take up to 1 hour to sync, longer if you do not have internet access) 29. You can Search your Inventory by Clicking on Search Equipment 30. Type in the name of the piece of equipment you're looking for and Click on Search to view that piece of equipment 31. Login to the Dashboard of your Site 32. Click on Content 33. Click on Synced Used Machines 34. Here you can see the new equipment added to your site (could take up to 1 hour to sync, longer if you do not have internet access) 35. Go to your Live site 36.
